Outreach Services

Outreach services are provided at the service area of Community Medicine on Regular basis at Rural Health Training Centre Kunnackal & Urban Health Centre Vazhappilly and four Rural Health sub centres. In all centres outpatient clinic and mobile clinic for home bound patients are conducted. In all the centres service of JPHN is available daily from 8:30 am to 5:00pm
Rural Health Training Centre Kunnackal  Situated about 8 Km away from Medical College Hospital and caters to 7300 population residing in Mazhuvannoor Panchayath (Part) and Valakom Panchayath. OP Timings: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (Monday- Saturday)
 

Urban Health Centre Vazhappilly
Situated about 15 Km away from Medical College Hospital and caters to 5217 population residing in Muvattupuzha Municipality.  OP Timings: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Monday- Saturday)
 

Sub Centre Kandanad 
Situated about 18 Km away from Medical College Hospital and caters to population 5400 residing in Udayamperoor & Mulanthuruthy Panchayath. OP Timings: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Wednesday & Saturday)
 

Sub Centre Kunnakkurudy
